Our Commitment to Standards

State Licensure in Progress

Everwell Recovery is completing licensure with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ahead of our late 2026 opening. We'll publish our license number and a direct state verification link here the day it is granted, because you should never have to take a treatment facility's word for it.

Admissions Questions

Can I start the admissions process before you open?

Yes, that's exactly what the pre-admission process is for. We can complete the conversation and assessment steps now, answer coverage questions, and plan timing so care begins smoothly once we open in late 2026.

What should I have ready when I call?

Nothing is required, just yourself. If it's handy, a general sense of substance history, any medical conditions, current medications, and insurance information helps us give more specific answers.

Can I call about someone else?

Absolutely. Many first calls come from a spouse, parent, or friend. We'll talk through the situation, what treatment involves, and how to approach the conversation with your loved one.

Is the call really confidential?

Yes. Your call and anything you share are confidential and used only to help you plan care. We never sell or share inquiry information.
